Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts or opening an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

23 viptaka may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other document as part of identity verification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, restrictions may be placed on the account.

3.1 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account by a third party must be reported to 23 viptaka immediately. Sharing account login details with others is prohibited.

3.2 Account Closure

Users who wish to close their own account must contact the support team. 23 viptaka reserves the right to close any account without notice for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other reasonable cause.

Any activity on the platform that involves fraud, use of bots, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or harming other users is strictly prohibited. If such conduct is proven, the account will be closed and any winnings will be voided.

Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources is strictly prohibited. 23 viptaka reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

23 viptaka offers various bonuses, including a welcome bonus. A 150% bonus on the first deposit is available up to ৳15,000, and the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.1 Bonus Usage Rules

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• A user may claim a specific bonus only once.
• There may be a time limit for meeting the bonus terms; if the deadline passes, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• If a deposit or withdrawal is pending at the time a bonus is claimed, the bonus may not apply.

6.2 Other Promotions

All other promotions — including weekly recharge, Friday special offers, slot festival bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral rewards — each have their own wagering requirements and minimum deposit conditions. All games available on 23 viptaka are operated by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 23 viptaka reserves the right to void that bet.

Slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other games each have their own rules, which are available in detail within the game interface. Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

8.1 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the user bears responsibility. 23 viptaka will determine the outcome of the bet according to server logs, and that outcome will be considered final.
